We booked Tabigo Japan for their chartered service to Mt Fuji and Hakone 1-day tour. Although it was a regret as Fuji-san decided to hide for the whole day! Overall, it was a smooth and easy journey. We went to places like Lake Yamanaka, which is hard to access by public transportation. So we defintiely recommend booking a private car, especially for a big group.

Overall great service provided by Tabigo as we do not need to worry about how to go and how to travel from one spot to another. Highly recommend to engage their service if you’re travelling with big families (especially with elderly and children).
